One of the most complex series of beers we make, we’re thrilled to be launching another in our Flemish Red-inspired “Parliament” line. This vintage of Raspberry Parliament was aged in French oak barrels and foeders before undergoing a second fermentation on whole, beautiful, biodynamically grown, raspberries from our neighbors at King Estate. After being racked off of the fruit, we laid it down for a brief rest in post-Rhino Suit (and post-post-Heaven Hill Bourbon), American oak barrels, rounding out the acid profile. A touch of local wildflower honey in the final blend adds a hint of sweetness and another layer of complexity.
