Join us in celebrating the upcoming nuptials of our Director of Hospitality, Melissa, and her partner Troy! We worked together to create Moondance, a unique blend named after the 1970 hit by Van Morrison that they plan to dance to on their special day. This complex saison was inspired by her favorite gin fizz cocktail and most beloved Alesong beer, French 75. Aged in Ransom Spirits’ Old Tom Gin barrels for a bouquet of botanical flavors, Moondance was finished on cucumber and lemon zest creating a bright and fresh summery elixir. To give it its vivid, violet color, it rested briefly on butterfly pea flowers. Cheers to the happy couple!
