This fifth vintage of our English-style barleywine ale was aged in freshly emptied George Dickel 16-year bourbon barrels. Sultry aromas of toffee, vanilla, and spice harmonize with a balanced sweet, caramel-like malt flavor. This oak-forward, full-bodied ale crescendos from first sip to last and pairs well with your favorite record. As with past vintages of Maestro, we believe this beer will age gracefully, so put one aside to drink in another 6 months or a year… if you have the willpower to save it!
